East Coast Credit Union is now inviting applications for the following position;
Member Services Administrator – Bray Branch
Permanent Full-time position – Monday to Friday
Summary Objectives of the Role
The Member Services Administrator will report to the Head of Operations and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire Member Services Operation under the direction of the Head of Operations. The Member Services Administrator will act at all times within the policies as laid down by the Board, the governance and rules of East Coast Credit Union Ltd, the Credit Union Act 1997 (as amended), and any other regulations, guidelines and laws in force.
Key Responsibilities: This list is not exhaustive and may change based on organisational needs
- Managing payment processing files, including:
- Submission of Realex payments
- Standing order instructions via Banking Systems
- Direct Debit submissions
- Resolution of CT and online payment file errors
- End-of-day reconciliation of payment files
- Assist with Administration of the dormant account notifications to members on a monthly basis
- Membership – Online Document Review, Member onboarding, Application management
- Assisting with other Back Office duties as required
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
The successful candidate should have the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and IT capabilities.
- Diligent, independent, and able to challenge and solve problems.
- CUA or QFA other relevant qualifications.
- Must have excellent multitasking skills.
