Member Notice: Current Account Balance Issue
We are aware of an issue whereby some card payments on East Coast current accounts are showing up as pending, despite already having been taken from member accounts. This double counting is making current account balances look lower than they should be. Our team and service providers is working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and restore normal service.
We are also aware of an issue which affected SEPA Instant Payments, which take place in less than 10 seconds, this week. For a time, SEPA Instant payments were unavailable and members were obliged to use SEPA Classic instead, which take place over several hours or the following morning. This issue has been resolved.
