What do I need to Join?

See below what is needed to open account with East Coast CU

Single & Joint Accounts

Current Photo ID - Passport or Drivers Licence
Proof of Address - Utility Bill or Bank Statement dated within the last 6 months*
Proof of PPS number or Tax Identification Number - found on payslip, Medical Card, letters from Revenue
€1.00 joining fee - this will be deducted from your first lodgement.

Children's Accounts (under 16 yrs)

An account may be opened by the child or their parent/legal guardian only - Children over 7 yrs must be present with their parent/guardian in order to sign forms
The proof of address must be in the name of the parent/guardian opening the account
A Birth Certificate may be accepted in place of photo I.D.
The Parent/Guardian opening the account must also produce photo I.D. & proof of address
Proof of PPS number for the child is also required.
