Role Overview:
East Coast Credit Union Limited, Bray is inviting applications for the position of Member Services Officer on a full-time, permanent basis.

Successful candidates will carry out a range of administrative and operational activities that contribute to delivering a quality service to members and the effective running of the Credit Union. Successful candidates will be accountable to the Head of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Providing a high standard of front-line service to members, including the processing of lodgements, withdrawals, loan transactions and repayments.
· Dealing with member queries in person, by phone or online.
· Handling new membership applications and processing loan applications.
· Handling cash accurately and reconciling daily balances in accordance with internal procedures.
· Promoting the credit union’s services and products to members.
· Complying with all policies and procedures, including legislative and regulatory requirements.
· Completing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
· A relevant qualification (QFA, APA) or willingness to study for the same.
· Previous experience in a credit union or financial organisation is beneficial.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook.
· A collaborative team player with a proactive, “can- do” attitude.
· Customer- Focused, demonstrating a friendly professional, and helpful approach.
· Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
