Please submit the following form, providing clear and detailed answers to the questions asked.

The form must be submitted at least 4 weeks before your live date to be considered.

All sponsorships are transparent with photos across our social media and/or website/annual report

East Coast Credit Union showcases all donations/ sponsorship with photos across our communication channels - you must be available for photos.
