How to Enter
The East Coast Credit Union Calendar Competition is your chance to have your photograph featured in our 2026 Calendar. Winning entries will be published in the calendar, and prizes will be awarded to the selected winners.
To take part, email your entry to marketing@eastcoastcu.ie with your name, contact details and a title for the photograph under 10 words.
Your photograph should be based on one this year's themes.
Entries must be submitted in digital format between 2.5MB and 5MB, with a minimum resolution of 2400 x 3000 pixels, and taken within our Common Bond Area.
The closing date for entries is 30th September 2025.
Note: The competition is open to amateur photographers only. For the purposes of this competition, a professional photographer is anyone who earns more than half of their annual income from photography.
Prizes
- €250 for the Front Cover Winner (also featured as one of the 12 months).
- €50 each for the 11 monthly winners.
- Winning names and photographs will be printed in over 3,000 calendars.

- Scenic & Landscape: reflecting the seasons of Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.
- Community: capturing local life and the ethos of mutuality and volunteerism.
- Nature & Animals: showcasing the variety of wildlife in our region.
- Farming & Industry: highlighting farming, seasonal work, and local industry.
- Cooperation for a Prosperous World: celebrating the 77th International Credit Union Day.
